Application Procedure

- The student (applicant) shall log in to their online portal and complete a transfer application form.
a) Log in to the KUCCPS Student portal https://students.kuccps.net/
b) Look for the transfer menu and click the ” Transfer Applications” button
c) Enter the Mount Kenya University programme code that you wish to transfer to
d) Select the reason for the transfer from the drop down menu and attach a letter explaining your desire to join the selected course and Mount Kenya University
e) Make the 1000 transfer charge, using the details provided on the dashboard, wait for payment verification
f) Click Submit - Mount Kenya University will endorse your request.
- The Institution where you had been placed will also endorse your transfer request.
- KUCCPS will review your application and release your transfer letter.
- Download the inter-institution transfer letter
- Present the transfer letter to any Mount Kenya University Campus / Centre near you or email the letter to admissions@mku.ac.ke.
- You will receive an SMS directing you to download the letter of offer
- The student (applicant) shall log in to their online portal and complete a transfer application form.
