DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Preparing meals.
- Ensuring adequacy of supplies at the cooking station.
- Preparing ingredients that should be frequently available (vegetables, spices etc.)
- Enforcing strict health and hygiene standards in the kitchen area.
- Performing any other duty that may be assigned to you by your immediate supervisor.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND ATTRIBUTES
- A Diploma in Food Production or related field.
- Minimum relevant working experience of 3 years.
- Advanced culinary skills.
